Caramel mudcake layered and iced with white chocolate ganache. Covered in white fondant, sugar crystals and edible lustre. Decorated with an edible image fondant cross and fondant flowers.
Rosewater cupcakes created to match the main cake. Topped with fondant sprinkled with sugar crystals, edible lustre and a little green fondant flower.
Rosewater dariole cakes rolled in sweet icing sugar and decorated with a matching fondant flower.
